Ukrainian Media Holding added the third regional classified advertiser to its portfolio. Vostochny Kuryer (Eastern Courier) advertising paper was acquired by UMH from its Luhansk partner, OOO Media Vostok (Media East). The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to information obtained by MediaBusiness, UMH is going to invest UAH 15 million for development of Vostochny Kuryer (Eastern Courier) and its other classified advertisers.      

Ukrainian Media Holding is an international multimedia company and a leader of the Ukrainian press market. The Ukrainian Media Holding includes 83 print press, radio and Internet projects. According to the company’s own information, the UMH sales amounted to more than $150 million in 2007 year.
