Philippe Bober, French-German producer of some of the best European films, signed a cooperation agreement with Ukrainian producer Oleh Kohan (Sota Cinema Group). He’s going to participate in a directing debut project of Iranian-born American artist Shirin Neshat “Summer 1953”. The film’s budget amounts to $4,7 million.
