ICTV channel acquired from National Television Company of Ukraine (NTCU) the right to air four group stage final games European Football Championship, which takes place in Austria and Switzerland from 7 to 29 June, and to use video clips from all Euro-2008 games. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

ICTV is going to air one final match of each group:

16 June – Poland vs. Croatia

17 June – Holland vs. Romania

18 June – Russia vs. Sweden

ICTV channel (International Commercial Television) is the nationwide Ukrainian TV channel with a target audience aged 14-49 years. It was established on 15 June 1992. The TV channel covers about 93% of the Ukrainian territory. In 2007 year, its average share of audience aged 18 years and over amounted to 6.82%, and the average share of audience aged 14-49 years was 8.45%. Oleksandr Bohutsky is the ICTV director general.
