According to Dzerkalo Tyzhnia weekly
newspaper, in the end of May the Desnyansky District Court of Kyiv satisfied the
claim of Yury Sydorenko, the Head of the EDAPS consortium, against the Biznes
newspaper. The latter was adjudged to give to m-r Sydorenko UAH 22 m in compensation
for moral injury.
Dzerkalo Tyzhnia notes, that it happened to be the largest in the history of the
Ukrainian journalism. The total sum of charge amounts to UAH 24 m (about $4.9 m).
