MediaExpert advertising agency (Havas Media’s partner) won the tender for Telesystemy Ukrainy telecommunications company (PEOPLEnet trademark) full media services. Tatyana Popova, the Director General at MediaExpert, told this to MediaBusiness. The financial terms of the tender were not disclosed.

ZAO Telesystemy Ukrainy [Telesystems of Ukraine] is a Ukrainian communications service provider,  established in 1996 year. It is a part of Privat group and belongs to Vadym Shulman. According to results of March 2008, the company has about 147,700 subscribers.
