SmartyMedia Internet holding reported that it had acquired tour.com.ua, the portal which offers its visitors information about tourism and leisure and gives them a possibility to book tickets online.   

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Marketers’ estimate of the website comes to $50,000.

According to Tatyana Pakhota, the commercial director of SmartyMedia, tour.com.ua as for today enters the top 20 Ukrainian Internet resources, and it’s going to enter the top 10 till the end of this year. The attendance of the website for the last 30 days was 58,000 cookies.    

SmartyMedia owns a.ua, banker.ua, join.ua, kinopark.net, with total attendance of more than 1.5 million visitors. SmartyMedia is the 14^th in the Bigmir’s list of Internet-holdings. Tour.com.ua is already the sixth resource belonging to the company.
